About the CompanyOur Client is national electrical componant supplier across Australia.
About the RoleDue to recent growth, our client expanding its Internal Sales team located in Brisbane and are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking sales professional.
Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to reach new customers in targeted market segments.
- Internal Database Management to seek and re-engage customers.
- Assist with inbound sales calls for both new and existing customers accordingly.
- Follow up and respond to customer inquiries with viable and sound solutions.
- Identify larger opportunities to Sales Management to maximize potential revenue.
- Maintain a strong and consistent work-ethic to accomplish team objectives.
- Meet monthly KPI's.
- Effectively engage with management to resolve potential problems.
- Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Cross sell relevant products when desired equipment may be unavailable.
Experience and Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years related work experience in high-volume sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Experience within trade or electrical field highly advantageous
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Honest, hardworking and solutions focused.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Proven customer services experience.
- Detail oriented.
