Found People was founded based on being a company that would offer autonomy, flexibility and respect to our people. Since the day we started operating, we’ve had the flexibility to work from any location. So, when the pandemic started, it was no big change, as we were already working from home and practicing social distancing!
We are a team focussed business and everybody is involved in each other’s work. Team effort and team collaboration has proven, time and time again, a more effective and certainly more fun way to work. As a result, we all support each other, and when someone needs help, someone is ready to chip in.
Fortunately, we’ve been a flexible business, we’ve managed to create innovative and creative solutions for our clients, we’ve supported our suppliers and we’ve taken care of our colleagues.
We’re two year in now… and our vision has not change. Offer friendly and flexible solutions while being competitive and striving for guaranteed successful outcomes!
We’ve recently launched our Get a Grad program, a Found People initiative to give back to the industries that support us by offering a free, not for profit service matching graduates with their first job!
