The Role:
As a Structural Engineer, you will take the lead in delivering projects from concept through to construction, ensuring technical excellence and efficient coordination with stakeholders. You will be responsible for structural analysis and design, working with a variety of materials including masonry, steel, timber, and concrete. Experience with post-tensioned structures, ETABS, RAPT, and RAM Concept is advantageous but not essential. Your ability to manage project lifecycles, liaise with architects, contractors, and clients, and provide guidance throughout the construction phase will be key to your success in this role.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of professional engineering experience in Australia and hold relevant tertiary qualifications. Chartered Engineer and RPEQ status, or the ability to attain it in the near future, is essential. You will possess strong analytical skills in structural design software and demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate projects independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are critical. Full working rights in Australia are required.
