$140K + Super 

About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Project Manager with a sound understanding of commercial construction projects and the process; from Design Delivery phase to Project Handover. You will likely have a tertiary education in a Building related discipline - Construction Management, Architecture or a Key Engineering discipline related to Building Construction. This is a full time role with excellent career progression opportunities and a great lifestyle in North Queensland. Don't miss it because they dont' come along very often. 

Skills and experience required
  • Reside in Cairns, FNQ or willing to relocate 
  • An understanding of Construction Projects - the Delivery process
  • Commercial Acumen and a willingness to learn
  • WHS experience. 
  • Great communication skills with all stakeholders - including subcontractors
