About the role This role will require an experienced Contract Administrator who has Estimation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting, maintaining and negotiating contracts and variations whilst being able to compile estimates, costings and material quotes for design and construction projects in office and retail fitout.
Skills and experience required - Demonstrated Contract Administration experience
- Interest or previous experience in Estimating
- Background in Fitout design and construction
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate with customers and maintain relationships
